SMGPL is in the business of processing of non-basmati rice in India and are one of the largest processors of non-basmati rice in the State of Jharkhand with a milling capacity of 75,000 Metric tons paddy per year, established with an Ultra Modern Highly Automated Continuous SATAKE JAPAN Technology Paddy Processing & Rice Milling Plant. SMGPL presently market  products in Jharkhand, Bihar, Odissa, West Bengal and Delhi NCR by the name of "Sunahri Multi Grain Pvt. Ltd."
